Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 3‑7 business days after full payment is confirmed.
We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Custom‑made jewelry items require an extended production period of 7‑14 working days before shipment.

Delivery & Shipping Time

• United Kingdom: 2‑5 working days

• European Union Countries: 5‑10 working days

• United States, Canada: 7‑14 working days

• Rest of World: 10‑20 working days

Customs & Import Duties

Import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not liable for any charges incurred during the import process of your country.

Shipping Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
You can track delivery status via the official courier tracking website.

Undeliverable / Returned Parcels

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient refusal or failed customs clearance, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost.
Resending fees will be charged for a second delivery.
